Hailing from Lancashire, a county in northwest England, the Lancashire Hot Pot has humble origins. The working class would start cooking the ingredients in the morning before they went to work and come home to a flavorful stew. We stayed true to tradition when creating our version of the dish. All-natural lamb is simmered for hours with onion, carrot, celery, and potato, and seasoned with a hint of Worchestire sauce and garlic. The result is a decadent, rich stew that will warm you from head to toe.
